I wish I could tell you some special and over-the-top story about becoming a writer, but the truth is that writing has always been a part of my life and has taken many different forms. Writing romance novels is just its latest iteration, though one I’m very excited about.
I started keeping journals around age six (and yes, I still have them all!). I spent my college years alternating between writing papers for my literature degree program and being a blogger. Then I started working and became a fundraising copywriter (hi, day job!). Writing has been the throughline of my life and writing creative fiction has felt like the most natural extension of my lifelong love of writing.
